Shipping FAQ

When will my order ship?

Unfortunately, there is possibility that your shipment will get delayed due to the ongoing postal strike. For Canada shipments, we keep stock at a 3PL fulfillment service in Canada. The service uses multiple shipping carriers for order fulfillment but unfortunately we can not control which service is selected - this means some orders (particularly to remote areas) are still being shipped via Canada Post. All orders that ship via Canada Post will eventually be delivered. More information on the strike HERE.

Holiday processing time can take between 3-5 days after your order is finalized. If you place your order over the weekend, it will not be received until the following Monday/Tuesday. At that time, it will be sent to our fulfillment center for processing.

Please take into consideration processing time plus shipping time to calculate an accurate delivery time frame. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number. 

How long will shipping take?

We offer the following shipping services, depending on your location. If you ordered multiple items with free shipping, they may be shipped from separate locations and may not arrive at the same time. Please note, holiday shipping times in November and December may take longer than usual due to increased volume. 

US Customers

• Economy Shipping with tracking -- this is applied to all orders under $74 USD
• Free Shipping with tracking -- all orders over $74 USD qualify for free shipping!

Orders ship via our 3rd-party fulfillment service which will use different providers depending on your location. Both economy and free shipping within the US takes about 3-8 days, can be up to 15 days in certain situations.


EU Customers (excluding Sweden and Switzerland)

• Economy Shipping with tracking -- this is applied to all orders under $74 USD converted
• Free Shipping with tracking -- all orders over $74 USD converted qualify for free shipping!

Orders ship via our 3rd-party fulfillment service which has locations all throughout Europe. Different providers are used depending on your location. Both economy and free shipping within the EU takes about 3-8 days, can be up to 15 days for certain countries. Note: orders to Sweden ship from the US and fall under the "all other international customers" category. 

Swiss Customers

Orders to Switzerland ship from the US and fall under the "all other international customers" category.


UK Customers

Australia Customers

• Economy Shipping with tracking -- this is applied to all orders under $74 USD converted
• Free Shipping with tracking -- all orders over $74 USD converted qualify for free shipping!

Orders ship via our 3rd-party fulfillment service which has locations all throughout Australia. Different providers are used depending on your location. Both economy and free shipping within AUS takes about 6-10 days, can be up to 20 days in certain situations.

 

All Other International Customers (including Sweden and Switzerland)

• DHL Express Worldwide with tracking -- 3-7 business days
• UPS Worldwide Expedited with tracking -- 7-10 business days, can take up to 20 depending on location
• USPS Priority International Shipping with tracking -- 9-15 days, can take up to 25 days depending on location
• USPS First Class International Shipping -- 9-30 days, can take up to 50 days or longer depending on location. Tracking is included for most countries - for certain countries, the package will become untraceable once it leaves the US.

Orders ship directly from our office, but please allow for 1-3 days of processing time.


Will I have to pay International Customs Duties & Taxes?

• For most EU, UK, and AUS customers, VAT will be included in the price of the product and you will not be charged additional sales tax at checkout.
• For customers in Canada, GST will be calculated at checkout (it will show up as a separate line item, "VAT or TAX”).
• For all EU/UK/AUS/CAN customers, you will not be responsible for any additional import duties or taxes when you receive your package. Please note that orders to Sweden will have duties and taxes paid on delivery since shipments originate from the US. 

For all other international customers, please be aware that the shipping costs do not include any import taxes or duties which may be required by your destination country. Import duties and taxes vary by country, and in certain countries the duties may be a sizable fraction of the purchase cost. You will be responsible for payment of any duties required upon receipt of the item(s), so please make sure you are aware of your country's policies.
We insure all packages for the full purchase value of the order (excluding shipping costs), so we cannot grant requests to modify the declared value on the customs forms.

What if I don't receive my shipment or if I was unavailable to receive the package?

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please email support@redshiftsports.com with your Name and Order ID and we will investigate. If you are unavailable to receive the package (on vacation, for example) or refuse the package, it will typically be returned to Redshift Sports. Upon receiving returned/refused packages, we can re-send the package, but you will need to pay for the shipping costs as we cannot recover the shipping charges on returned/refused packages. Keep in mind, for international shipments, it may take several weeks for returned/refused packages to be returned to our office.
