When will my order ship?

For Next Day and 2-Day shipping options, you must place your order before 11am ET in order for it to be processed and shipped that day. 

We strive to ship all items within one business day of receiving your order. However, we are a small company, so please be aware that there will be rare occasions where order fulfillment may be delayed by a day or two.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number. If you require expedited order processing, please contact us at support@redshiftsports.com.

How long will shipping take?

We offer the following shipping services, depending on your location and how quickly you need the product. All of our shipments are insured and you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped from separate locations and may not all arrive the same day. If you have any questions about the status of your order, don't hesitate to contact us at support@redshiftsports.com.

US Orders - Free/Economy Shipping

Shipping is free on US orders over $100! Free/Economy orders ship via our 3rd-party fulfillment service which will use different providers depending on your location.  The delivery time can range from 3 to 8 business days.

US Orders - Next Day & 2-Day Shipping

Next Day means your order should arrive one business day after it ships.  2-Day means your order should arrive two business days after it ships. You must place your order before 11am ET in order for it to be processed and shipped that day.  

We use a 3rd-party fulfillment service to provide these expedited shipping options. Most of our products are eligible for expedited shipping, however on occasion some items will not be in stock at our expedited shipping warehouse. We will do our best to ensure that your product is delivered via the selected service, but because of the many factors that can affect shipments, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in the expected time.  We will gladly refund your shipping cost if the shipping service has not met your expectations, just send an email to support@redshiftsports.com with your order ID.

International Orders
Free/Economy Shipping (available for most EU countries)

Shipping is free on most EU orders over $100! Free/Economy orders ship via our 3rd-party fulfillment service which will use different providers depending on your location.  The delivery time can range from 3 to 12 business days.

International Orders - Express International Shipping

This option uses DHL Express, which provides 2-4 business day service to most international destinations. 

International Orders - Standard International Shipping

This option uses a freight forwarder, which typically takes 7-21 days, however it may take as long as 30-45 days depending on the country. Tracking is included, however for some countries the tracking information will not continue after the package has left the US.

Will I have to pay International Customs Duties & Taxes?

For most EU customers, you will pay VAT at checkout (it will show up as a separate line item, "VAT...") and you will not be responsible for any additional import duties or taxes when you receive your package.  

For all other international customers, please be aware that the shipping costs do not include any import taxes or duties which may be required by your destination country. Import duties and taxes vary by country, and in certain countries the duties may be a sizable fraction of the purchase cost. You will be responsible for payment of any duties required upon receipt of the item(s), so please make sure you are aware of your country's policies. We insure all packages for the full purchase value of the order (excluding shipping costs) so unfortunately, we cannot grant requests to modify the declared value on the customs forms. In some cases, you may be required to present proof of purchase (your order confirmation) to verify the shipment's value.

What if I don't receive my shipment or if I was unavailable to receive the package? 

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please email support@redshiftsports.com with your Name and Order ID and we will investigate.  If you are unavailable to receive the package (on vacation, for example) or refuse the package, it will typically be returned to Redshift Sports.  Upon receiving returned/refused packages, we can re-send the package, but you will need to pay for the shipping costs as we cannot recover the shipping charges on returned/refused packages.  If you would prefer, we can also refund the order minus the cost of shipping.  Keep in mind, for international shipments, it may take 3-5 weeks for returned/refused packages to be returned to our office.  We will process your refund once your package has been received at our office.
